Winifred E. Campbell Bellon graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she participated in the nationally recognized Economic Housing and Community Development Clinic, representing not-for-profit community organizations. After law school, Ms. Campbell clerked for the Honorable Fred H. Kumpf, J.S.C. of the Somerset County Superior Court.

Prior to law school, Mrs. Bellon graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. She then worked for a number of years as the editor of a national publication and as a technical editor for an information technology-training company.

Mrs. Bellon is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
