Michael S. Weinert

Michael joined TTH as an associate in December 2020.  As an Associate in the Allentown Office, he will support the firm’s General Liability department.

Upon graduating cum laude from Delaware Law School, Michael was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County.  After completing his clerkship with Judge Kenney and prior to joining TTH, Michel was an associate with the law firm Kang Haggerty and Fetbroyt in Philadelphia, primarily doing plaintiff’s commercial litigation work.  Michael’s practice at TT&H will focus primarily on general liability in the defense of property owners, businesses, and individuals from any number of actions including premises liability, automobile accidents, and property damage.
