Patrick C. Cunningham

Patrick C. Cunningham is an associate and a member of the general liability practice group in Thomas, Thomas, & Hafer’s Philadelphia office.

Before joining TT&H, Patrick practiced at a boutique subrogation firm, where he represented clients in complex and diverse issues in dozens of jurisdictions across the country. During this time, he garnered a reputation for rigorous legal analysis and finding creative solutions to difficult juridical questions.

Patrick is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, Camden, where he matriculated as a Dean’s Merit and Philip J. Levin Scholar. He also graduated from Grove City College with a degree in Political Science.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys literature, analytic philosophy, rock climbing, and computer programming.
