Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP Welcomes a New Attorney, Chloe E. Gartside, into the Firm

August 13^th, 2018 – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Chloe E. Gartside as a new attorney to our firm. Ms. Gartside is an Associate in the Philadelphia office.  Ms. Gartside is a diligent, ethical, and motived attorney who has successfully settled five and six figure cases on behalf of work place discrimination victims while effectively managing large case loads.

Chloe has defended municipalities in civil litigation claims brought under the Pennsylvania Subdivision Tort Claims Act and has represented health care providers in person injury protection (PIP) arbitrations as well as representing plaintiffs in third party litigation.

Ms. Gartside has worked as an independent family law attorney as well as defense and employment law firms. Ms. Gartside was a legal intern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia and a legal intern for the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office.
