Marc joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer in June of 2016 and focuses his practice on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense. Marc also serves as Vice-Chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Section.
In over ten years of practice, Marc has handled numerous complicated Workers’ Compensation cases. He has extensive experience in aggressively representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insured’s and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters. He also has experience in complex civil litigation and is involved in the defense of personal injury claims.
Marc received his Juris Doctorate from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he also earned an International, Comparative and Foreign Law Certificate. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in Applied Human Rights Research.
Marc received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, with an option in Vertebrate Physiology, from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science Degree in Biology from Shippensburg University. Marc is better able to evaluate complex medical issues that often arise in workers’ compensation cases. Before and during law school, Marc was also an Adjunct Professor of Biology and he instructed numerous college level biology courses, including, General Biology and Anatomy and Physiology.
