Joe represents businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitration arising out of construction defects, product defects, fires, contractual issues, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, subrogation, and cyber security matters. Joe also counsels and represents Homeowners’ Associations in a variety of matters, including advice on day-to-day operations and litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Joe advises insurers during their handling of first party property losses and provides training to insurance companies on the detection and reporting of insurance fraud in Maryland.
In addition to his law degree from the University of Baltimore, Joe holds a Masters Certificate in Terrorism Analysis from the University of Maryland. Before joining the firm, Joe clerked for the Honorable Paul Garvey Goetzke in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
