Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Michael Weinert to the Allentown Office

December 22, 2020 – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael S. Weinert has joined its Allentown office and will be supporting the firm’s General Liability Practice Group. Jaymie Dodd-o, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, commented that “Mike’s past experience as both a state and federal law clerk, and his most recent work as a litigator, will make him an asset to our clients and the firm.  We are thrilled he has returned to his hometown and has joined us here at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer.”

Upon graduating cum laude from Delaware Law School, Michael was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County.  After completing his clerkship with Judge Kenney and prior to joining TTH, Michael was an associate with the law firm Kang Haggerty and Fetbroyt in Philadelphia, primarily doing plaintiff’s commercial litigation work.  Michael’s practice at TT&H will focus primarily on general liability in the defense of property owners, businesses, and individuals from any number of actions including premises liability, automobile accidents, and property damage.
