Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP Elevates Six Lawyers to Partner

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP (“TTH”) has promoted six lawyers from associate to partner, effective January 1, 2022. The six lawyers hail from three states and six of the firm’s twelve offices. Kevin McNamara, one of TTH’s managing partners, observed: “As the firm celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2022, we are proud to elevate this crop of talented lawyers from associate to partner. These promotions are in recognition of their legal skills, contributions to the firm, and the potential we see in them for the future.”
The following individuals are the new TTH partners:
Mike Bishop. Mike works out of the firm’s Hampton, New Jersey office where he handles a variety of general liability matters throughout the northern portion of the Garden State. Mike received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Moravian College. He received his law degree from Villanova University.
Jillian Denicola. Jillian is a lawyer in the firm’s Wilkes-Barre office where she handles a variety of general liability matters, but concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defense. Jillian received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. She received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
Amanda Hennessey. Amanda handles a variety of general lability matters from the firm’s Harrisburg office. Before joining the firm, Amanda managed claims and litigation in-house for two private companies. She received her undergraduate degree from Alvernia College. She received her law degree from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
Voula Mamounas. Voula is a lawyer in the firm’s Allentown office where she specializes in representing insurers in subrogation matters. Voula received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University. She received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
Rick Murphy. Rick is a lawyer in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where he handles a variety of general liability matters. Rick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina.
Nick Phillips. Nick is a lawyer in the firm’s Fairfax, Virginia office where he concentrates his practice on construction cases. Nick received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore.
