Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Attorney Jonathan A. Hogins to its Richmond, VA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer (“TT&H”) is pleased to announce that Jonathan A. Hogins has joined the firm’s Richmond, Virginia office as a member of the general liability practice group.  Jonathan comes to TT&H with significant civil litigation experience, both in state and federal court.  Prior to joining TT&H, Jonathan defended governmental entities in cases involving qualified and sovereign immunity, civil rights and state law tort claims.  He has also defended attorneys in legal malpractice cases.  Jonathan also has years of litigation experience in products liability cases involving medical devices and pharmaceutical products.  He has tried multiple cases to verdict in the areas of personal injury and premises liability.  In 2018, Jonathan was named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40.  At TT&H, Jonathan’s general liability practice will focus on defending companies, individuals and insurers in cases concerning automobiles and transportation, UM/UIM, hospitality, premises liability and wrongful death.

Jonathan received his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 2012.  Prior thereto, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from The College of William and Mary, Mason School of Business.  Jonathan received his Bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he graduated summa cum laude.  In his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding and spending time with his miniature dachshund, Daisy.
