TT&H’s Kevin C. McNamara Included in Central Penn Business Journal’s 2023 Power List

Kevin, who practices from the Camp Hill office, has been an attorney at TT&H for 30 years and is one of the firm’s three managing partners.  He concentrates his practice in general civil litigation and insurance law.  During his career at TT&H, he has handled and/or tried to verdict diverse litigation matters, including those pertaining to automobile and premises liability, construction defects, storm water management, municipal liability, dram shop, product defects, property/SIU, Medicare reimbursement/lien satisfaction, and civil rights.  A significant segment of Kevin’s practice is devoted to insurance coverage and automobile insurance law, including UM/UIM and first party benefits.

Kevin is a frequent speaker on insurance matters at seminars, continuing legal education programs, and training sessions for claims professionals.  He has also served as a mediator, been appointed as a member and Chair for multiple, two-year terms as a Dauphin County arbitrator, and has served a term on The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Kevin is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He can be contacted at (717) 237-7132 or kmcnamara@tthlaw.com.
