Javier A. Soler

Javier A. Soler is an associate in the Ambler, PA office of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer and is a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.

Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, Javier worked in the City of Philadelphia Law Department Right to Know Unit, where he advised various City departments on responding to public records requests and litigated matters arising from these requests. Javier successfully defended the City’s confidentiality and privacy interests in various matters while also facilitating the City’s transparency to the public. Prior to the City Law Department, Javier was Law Clerk to Judge Abbe Fletman and in the Complex Litigation Center in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Javier is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago.
