Jayden N. Peters

Jayden N. Peters is an associate and a member of the general liability practice group in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Hampton, NJ office. Jayden graduated in 2018 from DeSales University and received his J.D. in 2021 from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

After law school, Jayden served as an Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County, Pennsylvania where he prosecuted serious domestic violence offenders, in addition to administering the Office’s Drug Forfeiture and Right to Know Law units.

After his employment with the District Attorney’s Office, he worked as an associate at an international insurance defense firm where he defended general liability and construction defect cases.

Prior to joining TT&H, Jayden was an associate at a Wall Street labor and employment boutique where he primarily represented Taft-Hartly benefit funds on behalf of major construction unions, in addition to prosecuting federal and state wage and hour, and prevailing wage class actions on behalf of individual workers.

Jayden is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York and multiple federal courts.
