Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Samuel C. Hemmingstad to its Washington, DC Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer (“TT&H”) is pleased to announce that Samuel C. Hemmingstad has joined the firm’s general liability practice group in the Washington, DC office.  Samuel, a Connecticut native, obtained a B.A. in English from the University of Miami.  He then worked for a small law firm in Miami before attending The George Washington University Law School.  While in law school, Samuel interned for The Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow of the D.C. Superior Court.  He also worked at a small law firm in D.C.  Upon graduating from law school, Samuel clerked for The Honorable Patrick L. Woodward of the Appellate Court of Maryland, doing so from August 2023 through September 2024.

Ben Peoples, one of TT&H’s three Managing Partners, is pleased to welcome Sam to the firm.  Ben stated: “We are excited to have Sam on the team.  The research, writing, and analytical skills that he developed during his appellate judicial clerkship will greatly benefit our clients.”
