Prior to joining TT&H, Lee Ann was a senior associate at a commercial litigation law firm, and was a member of the firm’s Risk Management & Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.
Her responsibilities included researching and writing about complex legal issues. Lee Ann prepared findings to be presented to the Workers’ Compensation Judges and briefs submitted to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board on behalf of employers. Briefs often centered on such issues as whether a work injury has occurred, whether the worker is disabled as a result of a work related injury, the competency of witnesses and their testimony. She also attended hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Judges and participates in depositions of medical and lay witnesses.
Ms. Rhodes is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
While attending Duquesne University School of Law, Lee Ann was Associate Recent Decisions Editor of the University’s Law Review. Her case note regarding the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Babbit v Sweet Home Chapter of Communities for a Great Oregon was published in Issue 4 of Volume 34 of the Duquesne Law Review.
