Benjamin C. Frommer is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office specializing in casualty defense and insurance coverage. Ben concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of premises and general liability, products liability, automobile and transportation liability, liquor liability and construction defect. He serves as national and local coverage counsel for several insurers, evaluating both first and third-party coverage and bad faith claims. Ben also specializes in complex construction site accident and defect matters, and is well-versed in the areas of contractual indemnification and additional insured risk transfer. He received his Certificate in Business Management, Economics and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and also specializes in evaluating and defending self-insured clients with complex corporate structures.
Ben is a proud graduate the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the prestigious Journal of Constitutional Law and was member of both the Civil Practice Legal Clinic and Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Ben graduated cum laude from Temple University, where he studied Journalism and Political Science.
