Brook concentrates his practice in the area of general liability with a focus on the defense of companies and individuals in premises liability, automobile liability, and property damage. Brook has significant experience in both state and federal courts, successfully securing dismissals on behalf of his clients in both tribunals. Brook also maintains an active subrogation practice.
Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, Brook practiced at a general practice firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania focusing on civil litigation on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. During this time Brook was also heavily involved in the counseling and formation of small businesses.
Brook is a 2013 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He received his juris doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2016, where he served as a Research Editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal.
