Jonathan E. Danko

Jonathan Danko comes to Thomas, Thomas & Hafer with experience in civil litigation and representing commercial vehicle companies and their insurers. He will be focusing his practice on General Liability, Transportation, and Medical Malpractice.

Jonathan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Jonathan earned his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.

After law school, Jonathan served as a law clerk for the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County. While there he assisted 15 Judges of the District Court in writing briefs, memos and opinions; case and statutory research; handling affidavit judgments as well as other legal matters. Jonathan was active in the Maryland Judiciary’s Drug Treatment Court where he aided in a non-adversarial approach to achieving goals to benefit the community.

Thereafter, Jonathan worked at a prominent plaintiff’s litigation firm in Harrisburg representing clients primarily in the areas of medical malpractice and automobile litigation.

Prior to his time at TT&H, Jonathan worked at a large regional defense firm representing commercial motor vehicle companies and owner/operators in commercial trucking matters.

Jonathan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is also a member of the Maryland Bar Association.
