Lacey is a partner in the Fairfax, Virginia office. Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP, Lacey worked for a large national insurer, during which time she tried over 50 jury trials and obtained her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
Lacey devotes most of her practice to representing insurers and their insureds in litigation in cases involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Lacey also has defended railroads against claims brought by employees and third parties under the FELA.
During law school, Lacey interned for Judge Jensen in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in Toledo, Ohio, and was a member of the University of Toledo College of Law’s Trial Advocacy Team.
