Matt is a partner in the firm’s Camp Hill office. His practice encompasses several concentrations, including civil rights and municipal liability; general liability defense; insurance fraud; bad faith; and first-party property disputes. Matt has litigated cases in all of Pennsylvania’s federal courts and more than 25 state trial courts. He is also a certified mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Matt joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer as a summer associate while he was in law school. Matt has been listed on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2017. Matt graduated with honors from both The George Washington University and Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
Matt can be reached at 717-237-7150 or mclayberger@tthlaw.com. When Matt cannot be reached, he probably is busy playing with his Weimaraner, Ruby.
