Ruth focuses her practice on workers’ compensation litigation, solely on behalf of employers and insurers. She is admitted to the State and Federal courts in Maryland since 1994. Ruth has represented private employers and their insurer, as well as all Maryland State agencies and their third party administrator, before the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission, the Circuit Courts of Maryland and before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She also served as a Maryland Assistant Attorney General and prosecuted white collar criminals, including those charged with insurance fraud and embezzlement from employers.
Ruth was raised in Philadelphia and now resides north of Baltimore with her husband and two children and a host of dogs and chinchillas. She enjoys time with her family and friends, cooking, and supporting Baltimore and Philadelphia sports teams and local live music scenes.
