Theresa M. Garvin-Keyser

Theresa is a partner in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Marlton, New Jersey office and specializes in New Jersey Workers’ Compensation matters, and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the field. She represents clients in litigated workers’ compensation matters throughout the entire State of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer in 2022, she was responsible for handling the defense of workers compensation cases for a New Jersey based law firm representing insurance companies, third-party administrators and various Joint Insurance Funds. She was also responsible for the management of all of the New Jersey workers’ compensation cases for a large regional law firm based out of the eastern part of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2007.

She has extensive experience in claims for total and permanent disability involving the New Jersey Second Injury Fund and has litigated and tried claims in every District Office in New Jersey.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, loves to travel and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She resides with her four children in Sewell, NJ.
