Thomas DiStefano is a partner in the Pittsburgh, PA office of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer and is a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.
Tom began his legal career in criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 2007. He handled many cases and was assigned to the Narcotics and Forfeiture unit during his tenure there.
Currently, Tom practices civil litigation defense where he represents and defends individuals and corporations in a variety of litigation matters. He also defends insurance carriers and their insureds in the areas of professional negligence, products liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle and premises liability.
Tom is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
