Todd B. Narvol

Todd has 30 years of courtroom experience. He has first-chaired over
135 jury trials, and has received the highest peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Todd’s practice focuses on the defense of transportation and other catastrophic accident cases; on insurance coverage matters and insurance fraud investigations; and on white-collar and other criminal defense matters. He also has handled the defense of medical malpractice suits. In connection with the defense of transportation- and other auto-related civil litigation, he has successfully handled the defense of several high profile criminal prosecutions stemming from traffic fatalities.

Before joining the firm in June 1994, Todd served as a Chief Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. As a prosecutor there for eight years, he supervised complex investigations, including those stemming from fatal motor vehicle accidents; he ran the habitual offender unit; and he taught criminal law at the local police academy. Prior to working for the District Attorney’s Office, Todd served as a judicial law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge J. Andrew Smyser, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Todd has served as an arbitrator for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, and as a former member on the Pennsylvania Board of Psychology.

Todd regularly makes educational presentations to insurance industry groups, and is a member of TIDA (Trucking Industry Defense Association) and DRI (Defense Research Institute).
