Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP Announces Promotions

Harrisburg, PA – January 3, 2018 – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of two of our attorneys as partners with the firm.

Promoted are:

Marc Aoun – in over nine years of practice, Marc has handled numerous complicated Workers’ Compensation cases. He has extensive experience in aggressively representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insured’s and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters. He also has experience in complex civil litigation and is involved in the defense of personal injury claims.

Marc received his Juris Doctorate from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he also earned an International, Comparative and Foreign Law Certificate. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in Applied Human Rights Research. Marc practices in the Allentown, PA office.

Thomas E. Zumpella – licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Tom concentrates his practice in the defense of general liability matters.

While in law school, Tom was a Notes and Comments editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce. He is a former clerk of the Honorable Francis X. Caiazza of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and also a former legal extern of the Honorable R. Stanton Wettick of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Tom practices in the Pittsburgh, PA office.
