Philadelphia, PA – May 18th, 2018 – Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Selections are made on a state by state basis. While up to five percent of lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars List. The selection process holds a U.S. patent.
Paul A. Pauciulo has been named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” for Workers’ Compensation for the 10th year in a row. Paul has over 25 years of litigation experience, concentrating in workers’ compensation matters. Paul’s experience also includes unemployment compensation and subrogation issues. Paul is active in the Philadelphia Bar Association, and served as chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section since 2007.
Caroline E. Diehl, Workers’ Compensation, is named to the list for 2018 Pennsylvania Rising Stars for a third year. Caroline has dedicated her entire legal career to representing employers and insurers in workers compensation matters. She currently practices throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and regularly appears in trial level and appellate level Workers’ Compensation courts in both states. Caroline handles all aspects of Workers’ Compensation litigation, and regularly counsels insurers and employers on managing risk both during and outside of litigation. Caroline has represented all sizes of employers, and has defended cases dealing with nearly every type of work-related injury.
