Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP Attorneys James J. Dodd-o and James F. Swartz, III are named to 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List and Bernard T. Kwitowski to 2018 Pennsylvania Rising Stars List.

Allentown, PA – May 18th, 2018 – Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Selections are made on a state by state basis. Up to five percent of lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars List. The selection process holds a U.S. patent.

The 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list includes two Allentown lawyers from the law firm of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP. James J. Dodd-o was named in the area of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense (2016 – 2018), while James F. Swartz, III was named in the area of Personal Injury: General Defense (2011 – 2018). James Dodd-o and James Swartz primarily represent individuals, self-insureds and insurers throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition, Bernard T. Kwitowski, another Allentown lawyer from the law firm of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP, was named to the 2018 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list, General Litigation (2010, 2013 – 2018). Bernard Kwitowski joined the firm in 2005 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. He currently concentrates in general liability claims and insurance coverage.
