Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP Attorney’s Participate in 1st Annual PA 811 Golf Classic for Charity

June 26th, 2017 – Blue Ridge Trail Golf Course, Mountain Top, PA – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP Attorney’s Joseph A. Holko, and Joseph Pulcini, Jr., along with Marketing Director Richard C. Gray, and Peter Anderson comprised a winning foursome in this 1st annual golf outing and luncheon for a charity.

The outing was to promote calling 811 before you dig and safe digging practices under the PA One Call Act. All proceeds went to benefit a local high school student who is courageously battling leukemia at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The student is a Varsity baseball and soccer player, soccer team captain, and member of the National Honor Society.

The day was a spectacular success and over 120 golfers participated. The team from Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP won 1st place in their flight. Dick Gray won the 50-50 raffle and donated his winnings to the charity.

UGI was the impetus and leading sponsor for the kickoff event of what should be a special and rewarding outing each year. PECO is set to sponsor the 2nd annual event in 2018 at a location to be determined near Philadelphia. Like this year’s event, next year’s event will also benefit a local charitable cause.
