Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP Welcomes Attorney Brook T. Dirlam, in joining the Firm’s Law Practice

September 19th, 2017 – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Brook T. Dirlam as a new attorney to our firm. Mr. Dirlam is an associate in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Pittsburgh office. He will concentrate his practice in the area of General Liability. Prior to joining the firm, Brook worked for a Pittsburgh-area general litigation firm for one year.
Brook graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in June 2016. While there, he served as a Research Editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal and his article Property Tax Exemptions for Institutions of Purely Public Charity After Mesivtah Eitz Chaim of Bobov Inc., 17 Duq. Bus. L.J. 175 (2015), was selected for publication in Volume 17. Additionally, while in law school, Brook was a research assistant for Professor Bruce Ledewitz, concentrating on the Pennsylvania Constitution.
Brook also participated in Duquesne University’s Unemployment Compensation Clinic where he represented individuals in front of the Unemployment Compensation Tribunal and was a member of the Louis J. Manderino Honor Society for excellence in Moot Court.
