Charles (“Chuck”) Adams joins the firm as a partner. He brings with him a complex litigation practice that includes a wide array of matters, including products liability, premises liability, transportation liability and construction site and construction defect liability. Chuck is especially skilled in the handling of injury cases arising out of the use of vertical transportation and aerial lift systems. Benjamin Frommer, also a partner, specializes in casualty defense and insurance coverage. Ben concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of premises liability, products liability, automobile and transportation liability and liquor liability. Ben also has considerable experience in the handling of complex construction site and construction defect matters, and is well-versed in the areas of contractual indemnification and additional insured risk transfer. He serves as national and local coverage counsel for several insurers, evaluating both first-party and third-party coverage and bad faith claims. Ben received his Certificate in Business Management, Economics and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and is adept at evaluating and defending self-insured clients with complex corporate structures. Ben can be contacted at (267) 861-7585 or bfrommer@tthlaw.com.
Katelynn Storm and Tiffany Yeung both join the firm as associates. Katelynn’s practice will focus on insurance coverage disputes, contract defense and indemnity, construction defects, products liability, premises liability and transportation liability. Tiffany, who possesses prior workers’ compensation experience, will focus her practice on insurance coverage disputes, contract defense and indemnity, premises liability and general liability. Katelynn can be contacted at (267) 861-7589 or kstorm@tthlaw.com, while Tiffany can be contacted at (267) 861-7587 or tyeung@tthlaw.com.
In welcoming Chuck, Ben, Katelynn and Tiffany, Ben Peoples, one of TT&H’s managing partners, had this to say: “We couldn’t imagine a more natural fit. Like us, the group that has joined our firm primarily services the property and casualty risk management and insurance industry. Our firm focuses on two things: service and results. We knew that this group of legal professionals provides exceptional service and results because our common clients told us so and we have witnessed it firsthand while representing opposing parties in cases with them in the past. In addition to common clients, they also represent clients who are new to our firm. We suspect these new clients will be attracted to our ability to provide a wide array of legal claims services for multiple lines of risks, in multiple jurisdictions, which we are able to do at a fair price via our closely-knit network of a dozen offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We take great pride in our team’s unique insurance industry experience. This group deepens that experience and further binds us with that industry. Chuck spent around two decades working as a claims adjuster before practicing law, and Ben has spent his entire career working for that industry. And, they have brought two bright young associates with them. Besides all of that, we knew that they would fit perfectly into the great culture that we have built over the past 45 years because we have known Chuck and Ben personally and professionally for years. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to our team.”
