Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Javier A. Soler to its Ambler, PA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer (“TT&H”) is pleased to announce that Javier A. Soler has joined the firm’s general liability practice group in the Ambler, PA office.  Prior to joining TT&H, Javier worked in the City of Philadelphia Law Department Right to Know Unit, where he advised various City departments on responding to public records requests, in addition to litigating matters arising from those requests.  Javier successfully defended the City’s confidentiality and privacy interests in various matters, while also facilitating the City’s transparency to the public.  Prior to the City Law Department, Javier was a Law Clerk to Judge Abbe Fletman and in the Complex Litigation Center in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
