Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Jayden N. Peters to its Hampton, NJ Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Jayden N. Peters has joined the firm in the Hampton, NJ office, where he is a member of the general liability practice group.  Jayden graduated in 2018 from DeSales University and received his J.D. in 2021 from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.  After law school, Jayden served as an Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, where he prosecuted serious domestic violence offenders, in addition to administering the office’s Drug Forfeiture and Right to Know Law units.  Following his employment with the District Attorney’s office, he worked as an associate at an international insurance defense firm, where he defended general liability and construction defect cases.

TT&H Attorney Mike Bishop, who leads the firm’s Hampton office, welcomed Jayden, stating: “We are pleased to welcome Jayden Peters to our New Jersey-Hampton office.  Jayden gained years of experience and expertise practicing general liability throughout New Jersey, as well as New York and Pennsylvania, which will help serve our clients here at TT&H.  We are excited about Jayden’s future here in Northern New Jersey, and we are confident that our clients will benefit from his efforts and expertise.”

Prior to joining TT&H, Jayden was an associate at a Wall Street labor and employment boutique ,where he primarily represented Taft-Hartly benefit funds on behalf of major construction unions, in addition to prosecuting federal and state wage and hour class actions on behalf of individual workers.  Jayden is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and multiple federal courts.
