Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Michael N. Giacopelli and James M. Leety

We are pleased to announce that Attorneys Michael N. Giacopelli and James M. Leety have recently joined the firm.  Mike comes to TT&H as a partner and member of the firm’s general liability practice group in the Hampton, NJ office.  He concentrates his practice on products liability and general liability defense in the state and federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.  In addition to handling pre-suit claims and litigation in New York and New Jersey, Mike has established a national presence representing and advising large corporate clients and risk management companies throughout the country.

Jim practices in TT&H’s Pittsburgh, PA office.  He too joined the firm as a partner and member of the firm’s general liability practice group.  Jim defends clients in complex litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, property and premises liability, and commercial litigation.  He also defends insurance carriers and their insureds in the areas of products liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle and premises liability.  Jim also represents clients defending asbestos claims in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  He has served on national coordinating council teams for Fortune 500 manufacturers, and has also served as regional lead counsel for premises owners, product manufacturers and contractors.
