Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Michele R. Harper to its Baltimore Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP (“TT&H”) is pleased to announce that Michele R. Harper has joined the general liability group in the firm’s Baltimore office.  Michele brings to the firm over 26 years of experience handling a wide range of general liability and insurance law matters, including claims for property damage, personal injury, premises liability and products liability.  Michele began her career working for a small private firm in Prince George’s County.  There, she quickly gained valuable trial experience representing litigants in personal injury matters.  Michele then went on to work as in-house counsel for two major insurance companies, doing so for more than 20 years.  During that time, Michele represented individuals, businesses and insurance companies in a variety of general liability matters, including claims for premises liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, property damage involving public utilities, motor vehicle torts, intentional torts, breach of contract, products liability, construction defects, and employment discrimination.  Michele has taken over 30 jury trials to verdict and has tried hundreds of bench trials in Courts throughout Maryland.  She has also appeared before a number of administrative agencies.

Michele is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.  She is a native of Maryland and is a devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles.  She enjoys relaxing at the beach, exercising, attending concerts, and spending time with her two children, granddaughter and four cats.
