Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Nicholas J. Daetwyler to its Baltimore, MD Office

TT&H is pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Daetwyler recently joined the firm’s general liability practice group as an associate in the Baltimore, MD office.  Nick’s practice focuses on representing insurers and their insureds in various liability and contract cases, including products liability, premises liability, construction defects, and auto accidents.  TT&H Attorney Joe Cardile, who leads the firm’s Baltimore office, expressed his excitement about Nick’s addition, stating: “Nick is a talented lawyer whose background and experience will be a tremendous asset to both the firm and the clients we serve.  We are happy to have Nick on our team.”

Nick received his law degree from the University of Maryland and his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.  Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as an associate with an insurance defense firm in Baltimore City, where he represented public and private clients in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.  During law school, Nick practiced civil rights litigation as a Student Attorney with the National Association of the Deaf.  Nick’s past experience also includes eight years of service in the Army National Guard.  After commissioning as an officer, he served as a Platoon Leader and later as an Executive Officer with the Maryland 115^th Military Police Battalion.  During his tenure, he participated in a number of operations aimed at providing humanitarian aid, ensuring regional security, and countering drug-related activities within the United States and its territories.
