Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Sean H. Pico to its Richmond, VA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Sean H. Pico has joined the firm as an associate in the Richmond, VA office. Sean is a member of the firm’s general liability practice group. He joins TT&H with experience in trucking and transportation law, FELA and railroad defense, and business and corporate transactions.
TT&H Attorney, Patrick O’Grady, who leads the firm’s Richmond office, commented on Sean’s addition to the firm, stating: “We are excited for Sean to join us in the Richmond office. Sean’s clerkship with the Henrico Circuit Court and his experience practicing in another defense firm prior to joining TT&H will make him a valuable asset to our clients and a great addition to the firm.”
As touched upon in Patrick’s quote above, while in law school, Sean clerked with the Henrico County Circuit Court under the Honorable Rondelle Herman and the Honorable Lee A. Harris, Jr. In that role, he prepared memoranda on various cases, as well as criminal motions to suppress and motions in limine. Sean was the top advocate for the Fordham National Basketball Negotiation Competition during his time in law school, while also serving as a moot court judge. Sean obtained his undergraduate degree from Longwood University and his J.D. from Liberty University School of Law. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his wife, Erin, and their two labradors, Steel and River. He is an avid golfer and a Pittsburgh sports fan.
