Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Thomas DiStefano to its Pittsburgh, PA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Thomas DiStefano has joined the firm as a partner in the Pittsburgh, PA office.  Tom began his legal career in 2007 as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he was assigned to the Narcotics and Forfeiture Unit.  At present, his practices involves representing and defending individuals and corporations in a variety of civil litigation matters.  Among other matters, Tom has considerable experience defending insurance carriers and their insureds in the areas of professional negligence, products liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle, and premises liability.

Tom McGinnis, one of the firm’s managing partners, expressed his excitement about Tom’s addition, stating: “We are fortunate to have Tom join us here at TT&H and we are thrilled to have him join our Pittsburgh office.  His litigation experience, talent, all-world personality, and disciplined approach to his practice will serve our clients well, and will also serve Tom well as he continues to build on his successes with us here at TT&H.”
