TT&H Attorneys Lou Long and Ben Peoples Prevail in Appeal Filed With the Fourth Circuit
December 22, 2020
On December 21, 2020, Lou Long and Ben Peoples won an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. After Ben was able to convince the United States District Court for the District of Maryland that it was without subject matter jurisdiction, he and Lou were able to persuade the Fourth Circuit to affirm the decision. The rulings resulted in the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s Complaint, which had alleged a variety of counts arising out of a landlord-tenant relationship.
