TTH attorneys Ben Frommer, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office,  and Patrick O’Grady, a partner in the Richmond, VA office, recently gave a presentation on “Negotiation Tips for a Successful Mediation” at the 2024 Virginia State Claims Association Leadership Conference.  Some of the highlights included the evidence backed strategies for breaking an impasse and for dealing with difficult opponents of all stripes.
