TT&H Attorneys Shannon Harkins and Amanda Hennessey Present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Legal Frontiers: The Latest in Civil Litigation”

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Attorneys Shannon Harkins and Amanda Hennessey recently presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s CLE program Legal Frontiers: The Latest in Civil Litigation.  Shannon, a partner in the firm’s Camp Hill, PA office, presented on a panel about tools and strategies for discovery, with an emphasis on the use of requests for admissions and the role of social media in litigation.  Amanda, also a partner in the Camp Hill, PA office, discussed the history of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure related to John Doe pleadings, while also providing tips and strategies for defending against such pleadings.
