TT&H Welcomes John (“Jack”) C. Lyding to the Fairfax, VA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce the addition of John (“Jack”) C. Lyding to the firm’s general liability practice group in the Fairfax, VA office.  Jack comes to the firm with prior civil litigation experience, having previously handled personal injury matters in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.  He also has prior experience serving as a law clerk at a workers’ compensation defense firm in the San Francisco area, a role he held prior to law school.  Jack is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.  He has an undergraduate degree in history and economics from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in political science.

Lacey Conn, a partner who leads the Fairfax office, expressed her excitement about Jack’s addition, stating: “Before joining TT&H, Jack worked for a large plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, where he handled numerous bench trials to favorable judgment.  Jack’s ability to analyze a case from the perspective of both a plaintiff and a defendant will be an invaluable asset to our clients.”
