Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Shannon R. Harkins to its Harrisburg Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Shannon R. Harkins has joined the firm’s Harrisburg, PA office.  Shannon’s practice will concentrate on both general liability and workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to coming to TT&H, Shannon represented vehicle consumers in arbitrations and jury trials across Pennsylvania, as well as in New Jersey.  She also has past experience defending insurance companies, property owners and employers on workers’ compensation and general liability matters.  In welcoming Shannon to the firm, managing partner, Kevin McNamara, said: “Shannon has a great skill set, diverse experience, and will be a great asset to our group.”

A native of Pennsylvania, Shannon attended IUP in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  While at IUP, she was a member of the campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity and served as the chapter president.  Shannon then obtained her JD from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, in 2014.  During law school, she participated in Temple’s clinical program with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (“SEPTA”).
