TT&H Attorneys Jim Tinnyo and Chris Scott Present at Workers’ Compensation and Heart & Lung Webinar

Harrisburg, PA – On January 19^th, Attorneys Jim Tinnyo and Chris Scott presented at a webinar hosted by one of the firm’s clients. Jim and Chris discussed the origins of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, analyzed the Pennsylvania Heart and Lung Act and the interplay between the two Acts, and provided advice and recommendations to the audience.

The webinar had over 60 attendees, which consisted of Township and other municipal Managers as well as members of the municipal police departments.
