Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Attorney Matt Clayberger Prevails in Franklin County Jury Trial

Matt Clayberger, a partner in the firm’s Camp Hill office, recently obtained a defense verdict following a four-day jury trial in Franklin County.  Attorney Clayberger represented a local water treatment company and its employee.  The lawsuit involved claims of negligence and negligent misrepresentation arising out of the testing of residential well water at the Plaintiffs’ home.  Following several days of testimony, the jury deliberated for less than twenty minutes before returning a defense verdict in favor of Attorney Clayberger’s clients.
