Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Elevates Five Lawyers from Associate to Partner

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP (“TTH”) has promoted five lawyers from associate to partner, effective January 1, 2025. The five lawyers hail from two states and the District of Columbia and seven of the firm’s thirteen offices. Kevin McNamara, one of TTH’s managing partners, observed: “As the firm celebrates 48 years of practice, we are proud to elevate this group of talented lawyers from associate to partner. These promotions are in recognition of their legal skills, contributions to the firm, and the potential we see in them for the future.”
The following individuals are the new TTH partners:
Laura Daube. Laura handles a variety of general lability matters from the firm’s Harrisburg office. Before joining the firm, Laura practiced transportation law and catastrophic loss litigation and also was a law clerk for Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania judge, The Honorable Michael H. Wojcik. She received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
Meagan Gabriel. Meagan is a lawyer in the firm’s New York office, TTH’s newest office location, where she concentrates her practice in premises and products liability actions. Prior to joining TTH, Meagan represented large national retailers in general liability and product liability actions in both NY and NJ state and federal courts. She received her undergraduate degree from Binghampton University, State University of NY, and her received her law degree from New York Law School.
John Morgan. John is an attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia office where he focuses his practice on workers’ compensation actions. A native of Kansas, John received his undergraduate degree from Emporia State University. He received his law degree, with honors, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Bill Novick. Bill focuses his practice on a variety of general liability matters such as automobile accidents, premises liability, property damage, construction defect and coverage/bad faith claims in the firm’s Allentown, PA office. Bill received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his law degree from William & Mary Law School.
Nick Schaufelberger. Nick is an attorney in the Washington, DC office and focuses on a variety of civil litigation matters, including automobile, premises liability and construction cases. Nick received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
