Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP opening a Virginia office.

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP (“TTH”) is proud to announce that it will open an office in Virginia in January 2020.  The office will be located at 10555 Main Street, Fairfax, Virginia.  This location is in close proximity to the Circuit Court for Fairfax County, which is home to the highest volume of litigation in the Commonwealth.  The firm will continue to service clients throughout Virginia.

Ed Jordan, who leads TTH as its Chief Executive Partner, explained, “Four years ago, we did not handle any cases in Virginia.  Now, we maintain a vibrant and growing practice.  A physical office in Virginia will allow us to better serve our clients’ needs throughout the Commonwealth.”

The firm has selected Attorney Lacey Conn to lead the office.  Lacey currently is a partner in TTH’s DC office.  Before joining the firm in 2016, Lacey worked as in-house counsel for State Farm in Northern Virginia.

Lacey has tried hundreds of jury and bench trials in Virginia over the course of her career.  She handles a wide variety of insurance defense-related matters, including coverage, bad faith, subrogation, auto, UM/UIM, premises liability, hospitality, and construction defect.  Lacey is an active and respected member of the Virginia bar.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fairfax Bar Association.
