Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Casey Schweppenheiser to its Allentown Office

February 4, 2021 – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer is pleased to announce that Casey Schweppenheiser has joined the firm as an associate in the Allentown office where she will be a member of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice. James Dodd-o, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, said, “With her past work as a Judicial Clerk and representation of Claimants, Casey provides a broad range of experience to assist in the defense of claims and resolution of issues in Workers Compensation matters. We are excited she is joining us and look forward to using her talents in defending employers.”
Following law school, Casey clerked for the Honorable Judge Arthur L. Zulick of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining TT&H, she spent five years practicing Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law for a large Philadelphia law firm. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, she was chosen by her peers to serve as Chair of the Moot Court Board. In this capacity, Casey successfully coordinated the annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition on top of competing in moot court competitions across the country for Villanova.
Casey is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Monroe County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has also been named to the “Super Lawyers Rising Stars” list for workers’ compensation practice in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
