Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Welcomes Taryn M. Vender to its Wilkes-Barre, PA Office

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer (“TT&H”) is pleased to announce that Taryn M. Vender has joined the firm as an associate in the Wilkes-Barre, PA office.  Taryn is a member of both the general liability practice group and the workers’ compensation practice group.  Ryan Blazure, the partner in charge of the firm’s Wilkes-Barre office, expressed his excitement about Taryn’s addition, stating: “Taryn initially impressed us with her bright personality and impeccable writing.  Since her addition to the firm, she has continued to shine and these skills will be a true asset to our firm and our clients.”

Prior to joining TT&H, Taryn spent a year serving as an associate in-house counsel for a local health system.  She also worked as an associate at another insurance defense firm for over three years.  Taryn graduated from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2018 on a full scholarship.  While in law school, Taryn served as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office.  She also clerked for two summers with the Honorable Thomas Burke of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas.  Immediately following graduation, Taryn clerked for the Honorable Janine Edwards of the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas, a position she held for two years.  Her undergraduate studies were completed at West Chester University, graduating in 2014.
