TT&H Attorney Caroline E. Gentilcore Elected Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

January 27^th, 2020 – Philadelphia, PA – Attorney Caroline E. Gentilcore has been elected as the 2021 Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Caroline is presently functioning in a co-chair elect capacity for 2020, and will take over responsibility in January 2021.

The Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section assists members in the practice of workers’ compensation law by serving as an ongoing resource in a variety of areas. The Section plans and sponsors programs and workshops and produces materials on substantive and procedural aspects of the law. The Section also suggests improvements in applicable law practices and procedures and cooperates with judicial, legislative and administrative bodies toward that end. From time to time, the Section also recommends policies to the Association’s Board of Governors, usually in the form of proposed resolutions for the Board to adopt. All members of the Section have an opportunity to participate in the work of the Section’s several committees which cover all aspects of workers’ compensation practice.
