TT&H Holds 11th Annual Liability Seminar

Harrisburg, PA – On September 30, 2021, Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP held its 11th Annual Liability Seminar. This year’s seminar was held at the Hershey Country Club.
The firm’s lawyers presented four segments of import to liability claims professionals. Salvatore Cardile of the firm’s Baltimore office and Matthew Clayberger of the firm’s Harrisburg office presented Insurance Fraud: Tools and Tips for a Claim Handler’s Investigation.
The second topic addressed a topic of rapidly increasing importance to the hospitality industry and insurers who underwrite the industry, Sex Trafficking Litigation and the Hospitality Industry, presented by Hugh P. O’Neill and John A. Lucy of the firm’s Camp Hill office.
The third presentation was presented by Jillian Denicola of the firm’s Wilkes-Barre office and John Dunnigan of the firm’s newly opened Richmond office, Catastrophic Losses: Analysis, Reptile Theory and Social Inflation.
For the fourth and final segment, Joshua Bovender of the firm’s Camp Hill office partnered with Samara R. Landis, Esquire, CCP Complex Claims Manager of Selective Insurance Company of America, to provide guidance on successful claims handling – Claims Triage 101, a Primer on Successful Claims Handling and Essentials.
The firm will present the 9th Annual Claim Symposium tentatively scheduled for May 26, 2022. The 12th Annual Liability Seminar is tentatively scheduled for the second week of October, 2022.
