TTH Prepared to Continue Operating Throughout Crisis
March 17, 2020
Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP is prepared to continue operating throughout the duration of the current public health crisis relating to Coronavirus a/k/a COVID-19.
Currently, all of our ten offices throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. remain open, and all of our more than 80 lawyers are working and available via phone and email. That being said, we are employing our robust technological infrastructure to perform some work remotely. We have enacted plans to allow for the continuity of our business operations and uninterrupted and timely service to our clients regardless of future developments. We maintain remote access capabilities that will allow us to continue to fully serve our clients even if we must reduce the in-office workforce further or temporarily close any offices.
We understand that many of our clients have implemented policies that restrict travel and in-person meetings. Because governmental authorities have recommended social distancing as a best practice to prevent the spread of the virus, we are encouraging everyone to meet telephonically or via video conference when practical. We also will endeavor to hold depositions and other multi-person meetings and proceedings telephonically or via video conference until the recommendations on social distancing are eased.
Regardless of how long this crisis lasts, we are prepared to continue to provide the top-notch legal services that have been our hallmark for over forty years. Please direct questions regarding the continuity of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP’s business operations to Pete Speaker, who is one of the Firm’s Managing Partners, at 717-255-7644 or pspeaker@tthlaw.com.
